Choya (Alan Ladd) is a nefarious gunfighter who, with a tattooed birthmark, passes off as a wealthy rancher’s once kidnapped son. The film is neat and tidily done without the fanfare one expects in a Western but I’m giving it a 3 1/2 because the performances of these evolving characters were somewhat impressive and I DO like a happy ending.
