Horror maestro director George A. Romero's horror anthology Creepshow (1982) is a quaint masterpiece of charming little horror short stories from the deranged mind of Stephen King.

A stern and tyrannical father named Stan ( Tom Atkins) gets angry when he finds his young son Billy ( Joe Hill) reading a grisly horror comic book entitled "Creepshow". After arguing with his wife ( Iva Jean Saraceni) and slapping Billy, Stan throws the comic in the garbage.
Two macabre masters - writer Stephen King and director George A. Romero - conjure up five shocking yarns, each a virtuoso exercise in the ghouls-and-gags style of classic '50s horror comics.
