Indian. Senapathi (Kamal Haasan), is an old freedom fighter disillusioned with corruption prevalent in society. He targets all corrupt officials and kills them. His son, Chandru (Kamal in dual role), is a corrupt government official in Transport Department who causes the death of many school children and become the next target of the father Kamal.
