Wuxia ( 武俠 [ù.ɕjǎ], literally "martial arts and chivalry") is a genre of Chinese fiction concerning the adventures of martial artists in ancient China.
In 1917 Republican China, Liu Jinxi and his wife Yu are an ordinary couple with two sons, Fangzheng and Xiaotian, living together in Liu Village, Yunnan. One day, two bandits enter the village and attempt to rob the general store. Liu happens to be in the shop, and he fights and kills the robbers when they turn violent.
Starring: Donnie Yen (甄子丹), Takeshi Kaneshiro (金城武), Tang Wei (汤唯), Jimmy Wang Yu (王羽), Kara Hui (惠英红), and Li Xiaoran (李小冉). Director: Peter Chan (陈可辛).

Jul 4, 2011 · Plot. In a remote Chinese village, ordinary paper maker Liu Jin-Xi ( Donnie Yen) lives with his wife Ayu ( Wei Tang) and two sons. When two bandits attempt to rob a nearby general store, Liu Jin-Xi happens to be nearby and comes to the store's defense. The final result of the battle is that the two bandits are killed by Liu Jin-Xi.
