When Bruce McLean arrives in Mexico on a mining expedition, he meets Paula Figueroa, and they quickly fall in love. Because he also loves her, revolutionary outlaw Emiliano Pacheco kidnaps Bruce when he hears about the relationship. For a ransom, Emiliano demands one night with Paula, terms to which she agrees.
