FRENCH KISS, in my opinion, is a sweet, charming, and funny romantic comedy. If you ask me, the way that Kate (Meg Ryan) and Luc (Kevin Kline) met was romantic. The score is very good, too. If you're wondering who it's by, it's by Toots Thieleman.
