Review by Jon Peters Pro. Night of the Howling Beast 1975 ★★★. Watched Oct 10 , 2023. Paul Naschy versus a Yeti. If that doesn't get your blood going, then you obviously don't worship the Spanish superhero that is Jacinto Molina aka Paul Naschy and his character of Waldemar Daninsky in his eighth go round with the cursed character.
Tomas Pladevall’s cinematography is quite sumptuous, the candy-colored lighting distinctly Bava-esque in flavour, and the film often looks like a hybrid of Hercules in the Haunted World and Fritz Lang's Indian Epic films.
