  2. Slightly better than the first film but that's not saying much. This feels more like a cheesy martial arts drama with various characters brawling with one another. Havoc doesn't have much screen time due to the huge cast which includes COMMANDO actress Rae Dawn Chong and Dean Cain as the peroxide blond bad guy.
