It's cold in the future, and it's wet, but never so cold or wet that the costumes do not bare the arm muscles of the men and the heaving bosoms of the women. The plot of "Cyborg" is simplicity itself. The movie's heroine ( Dayle Haddon) is half-woman, half-robot, and wears a computer under her wig.
A martial artist hunts a killer in a plague-infested urban dump of the future. He is the protective escort for a half-human, half-cyborg woman whose programming contains a possible cure for a plague that's threatening to wipe out the entire population of Earth.
A plague sweeps across the remains of a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk world, and only one man can stop a band of pirates from stealing away the one chance they have for hope.
