Susan Wiant Brooks is an American politician and member of the Republican Party who has been the U.S. Representative for Indiana's 5th congressional district since 2013. The district includes most of northern Indianapolis, as well as many of the city's wealthy northern and eastern suburbs. Brooks previously served as the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana from 2001 to 2007.
