Nicolas Charles Oudinot, comte d'Oudinot, duc de Reggio (25 April 1767 in Bar-le-Duc – 13 September 1847 in Paris), was a Marshal of the Empire. Following Louis Bonaparte's abdication as king of Holland and Napoleon's resulting decision to annexe the country to the Empire, Oudinot was given the task of managing the occupation. It was during his time in Holland that he learnt of the death of his wife, with whom he had seven children.
