To change a beneficiary, simply: Log into MyAflac.com. Click on 'My Policies'. Click on 'Policy Summary/Forms/History' for the policy on which you would like to make changes. Click on 'Change Beneficiary Online' in the right-hand section under 'Online Policy Changes'. Add or remove someone from your policy.
