The newly renovated and expanded Washington Park is an important civic space in the heart of Cincinnati that has evolved over the last 150 years to accommodate the needs and aspirations of the community.
Washington Park is bounded by West 12th, Race and Elm Streets in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. The park is owned and operated by the Cincinnati Park Board . The 6-acre (2.4 ha) park served as Presbyterian and Episcopal cemeteries before it was acquired by the city from 1858 to 1863.

They try to make you believe that the area is going through a renaissance but as a lifetime native it is still on of the most crime ridden areas of town. Vagrants and drug dealers are the norm here. Avoid at all cost after dark.
