Şehzade Mustafa (Ottoman Turkish: شهزاده مصطفى; c.1516/1517 – 6 October 1553) was an Ottoman prince, son of sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his concubine Mahidevran Hatun. He was the governor of Manisa from 1533 to 1541, of Amasya from 1541 to 1553, when he was executed by his father's order.
Şehzade Mustafa veya Mustafa Çelebi (Osmanlıca:شهزاده مصطفى; d. 1515, Manisa - ö. 6 Ekim 1553, Konya), Kanuni Sultan Süleyman ve Mahidevran Hatun'un oğludur. 1533'ten 1541'e kadar Manisa, 1541'den 1553'e kadar ise Amasya valisi olarak görev yapmıştır. 1553 yılında, babasının emriyle idam edilmiştir.
