The Stade Océane (or Grand Stade du Havre) is a football stadium in Le Havre, France. Its capacity is 25,178 all-seated and it is the home ground of Ligue 1 club Le Havre AC. It replaced the Stade Jules Deschaseaux as the club's home stadium.

Stade Océane is located toward the east of the city of Le Havre, roughly 3.5 kilometres from Le Havre’s city centre and the main railway station. The stadium lies adjacent to the RD6015, one of the main access roads that leads into the city from the A131 in the east.
