Do I have to respond to the jury summons? Welcome to the Jury Commission page for the Franklin County Common Pleas Court. This has been created for use by prospective jurors, their employers, and the general public to find out about jury service in our court.
Juror Questionnaire. Jurors summoned for service are required to complete an online questionnaire. Jurors should also use the Juror Web Portal to update personal information, sign up for electronic notifications, view daily reporting information, and other assistance.
Juror Eligibility. To be eligible to serve on jury duty, you must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Franklin County. Statutory Exemptions. Upon approval of the court, the following persons may be excused from jury service: members of cloistered religious organizations.
