Feb 26, 2022 · Reviewer: tacolizard - - May 8, 2023. Subject: Bruce Campbell has a wry mean wit. No matter what this actor is in he tickles me. Not a big belly laugh but a happy smirk of amusement. His big claim to fame is Evil Dead and Army of Darkness, but this western, for a tv series is some top shelf writing and amusing drama.

Synopsis. A tough-as-rawhide cowpoke, debonair ladies' man and Harvard-educated smarty-britches roams from Frisco to Jalisco in pursuit of outlaws who killed his father...and in search of a mysterious orb possessing out-of-this world powers.
Brisco County Jr. is hired by the attorney of a group of robber barons to track down and apprehend the infamous John Bly and his gang, a job that was previously entrusted to his late father Brisco County Sr.
