   Does the Kingdom deserve a review?

   • Sign in to vote. I rarely write reviews, especially for series. The Kingdom definitely deserves one. I've never been a fan of zombie movies/series, I find them very bland and uninteresting. So I was very skeptic about these series too. I was so wrong! I couldn't stop watching it from the beginning.

   Is Kingdom a good series?

   • While the series does suffer a little from overacting and misplaced humour, for the most part Kingdom does an excellent job across its 6 episodes to never feel like it’s outstayed its welcome. The cliffhanger ending is a little annoying but the gorgeous cinematography and well paced plot make this a series worth investing some time into.

   Is Kingdom a good movie?

   • Unlike your typical Korean drama that tends to play it safe for the local censors, Kingdom is brutal with its decapitations and violence. Heads fly whenever a noble is offended, scholars are tortured with burning irons, and zombie wounds are scary real. I was squirming in my seat, but I couldn't take my eyes away from the wonderful cinematography.

   I just finished binge-watching Kingdom. I'll now explain my headline lol. Here is my review. The story takes place during Korea's medieval Joseon period amongst a mysterious plague. The shows pacing is perfect. The acting is impeccable and all the actors and actresses did incredible. The action was absolutely epic af. No exaggeration.
