Carter, Keiko, Rosie and Nick are four neighbourhood friends who meet each night in their dreams in order to have outrageous adventures together. Also making the trip is Potsworth who, on Earth, is just an old dog. But in the Dream Zone he can speak and reason as well as any human.

Season 1. The Midnight Patrol are helping the Nightmare Prince, who accidentally unleashes the horrible creatures, called BedBugs. Rosie has to take care of the Greystone Giant's little son Rocky. The Wishing Whale grants the Midnight Patrol's wishes. Unfortunately for them, the wishing business goes out of hand.
