Four kids (Carter, Keiko, Rosie, And Nick) and a dog (Potsworth) somehow end up getting physically transferred to and meeting with one another in a literal dream world known as The Dream Zone, where they convene as the Midnight Patrol, defending the Dream Zone from antagonist, The Nightmare Prince.
The four neighbourhood friends and Potsworth (who can speak as well as any human when he's in the Dream Zone) meet each night in their dreams in order to have outrageous adventures together and protect the Dream Zone from being destroyed by the Nightmare Prince.
The Dream Zone is in havoc after the Nightmare Prince steals the Nightmirror and uses it to create evil twins of the Midnight Patrol.
Season 1. The Midnight Patrol are helping the Nightmare Prince, who accidentally unleashes the horrible creatures, called BedBugs. Rosie has to take care of the Greystone Giant's little son Rocky. The Wishing Whale grants the Midnight Patrol's wishes. Unfortunately for them, the wishing business goes out of hand.
