Moesha (/ m oʊ ˈ iː ʃ ə /) is an American television sitcom that aired on UPN from January 23, 1996, to May 14, 2001. The series stars R&B singer Brandy as Moesha Denise Mitchell, an African-American teenager living with her upper middle class family in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Moesha was an American sitcom series that aired on the UPN network from January 23, 1996 to May 14, 2001. The series stars R&B singer Brandy Norwood as Moesha Mitchell, a high school student living with her family in the Leimert Park neighborhood of South Central Los Angeles.
While trying to keep up with the social life of college as well as the academic life, Moesha and Niecy are invited to their first college party. After discovering that the punch is spiked the hard way, Moesha's faced with having to call Frank to pick her up.
