The Odd Couple. Oscar and Felix appear together on Password (1961) and Felix is sure that they can win. Oscar, on the advice from girlfriend Nancy, tries being nicer to Felix. In trying too hard to be so, it causes him to sleepwalk and hit Felix on the head with a rolled up newspaper every night.
Oscar has a date with an airline stewardess while Felix is away for the weekend on business. Only Felix isn't away...he's in bed sick with a 48 hour flu. With a high fever Oscar feels guilty about leaving Felix alone and is going to cancel his date.
The Odd Couple. Based on Neil Simon's hit Broadway play, The Odd Couple matches prim, compulsively neat Felix (Tony Randall) and gruff, sloppy Oscar (Jack Klugman), as divorced men comically struggling to live together in the same New York City apartment.
