    Peg moves back in with her Wanker family after Al, Kelly and Bud ignore her because they are looking after Buck, who has lost his appetite. Jefferson has sympathy pregnancy and Marcy enjoys it.

    While Jefferson suffers through sympathetic psychosomatic "pregnancy" pains, Peggy is upset that Al is immune to them. Even worse, Buck loses his appetite and becomes listless and gets all the attention that should have been lavished upon the expectant Peg. Upset of the lack of attention she's receiving from the others, she departs for Wanker Count...

    [Bud and Kelly enter through the front door, with Bud carrying a carton of ice cream]

    Peggy: [gleefully] That's the missing ingredient! [opens the sandwich up and drops a few scoops of the ice cream onto it] Mmm!

    1. Joey Lauren Adams who plays Cousin Effie was previously on MWC / Top of the Heap as Mona Mullins. 2. This is the last episode to show Peggy pregnant. 2.1. Shortly after this episode had filmed, Katey Sagal, who was pregnant in real life, would unfortunately miscarry. Due to this, Sagal would be absent from the next four episodes as she recuperated, with Peggy's absence explained as her being upstairs recovering from a food coma, shopping, or going out of town to attend Mardi Gras.
