Jun 26, 2009 · "Mort Unbound" is the twenty-one episode from Season 1 of The Penguins of Madagascar. Kowalski has invented a super ray that will enhance the nutritional value of fish and increase their size. Skipper simply thinks Kowalski has lost his mind.
Kowalski prepares an antidote for Mort, but Mort refuses to take it. Mort beats them up and Private is launched back to HQ where he gets zapped by the super-ray. A large, muscular Private then is able to force Mort to take the medicine and return to normal.
