Doug and Carrie try desperately to ship Arthur off to friends for the weekend so they can enjoy some intimate time together, but no one's eager to take him. Doug finally manages to convince cousin Danny (Gary Valentine, in his series debut) to take Arthur for the weekend to work in his pizza parlor.

The actress who plays her, is Kevin James' real-life wife Stephanie de la Cruz. Equally, Leah Remini's husband Angelo Pagan makes his first of many appearances on the show as one of Arthur's customers.
Goofs
Plot holes Arthur is working at Danny's pizzeria, and a customer orders a slice with mushrooms. Arthur takes it from the display case and hands it to him. He doesn't even put it in the oven.
