This was the final Star Trek episode to be directed by LeVar Burton. He had previously directed episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager. This is the third-to-last episode of Star Trek: Enterprise's fourth season.
