Over Brock and Barbara Jean's objections, Reba gives Kyra permission to go on her first date, then discovers the boy is 17 years old. As the three adults panic, they decide to spy on Kyra's date and end up ruining it. Meanwhile, Van believes that Jake is the victim of a classroom injustice and confronts the boy's teacher.
