The head honcho that is on top of all the various Accenture projects was a former ACN partner himself and is very wary of vendor lock in. Most projects have at least 2 consulting firms working on it together. Not anymore than any other massive company. It gets shit on here because it has less “prestige” or whatever.

Pros: Casual office setting, hybrid work environment, great coworkers, wellness, extensive training, free lunch/snacks , free parking…. Cons: Metric goals became too difficult with weekly changes to procedures, and contradictory information in training. Wellness can be removed during surges.
