Decide between a personal and business account.
PayPal will immediately ask you to choose between a personal and a business account. A personal account is best for online shopping and exchanging money with friends and family members. A business account is the better option if you're using PayPal to transfer money for professional services, especially if you're setting up an account for multiple people from a single company.
Set up your email and password.
Even if your PayPal is empty, PayPal can draw from your bank to make payments. However, some people prefer to have money in their PayPal account itself. To
