Between his ability to outplay enemies with Alpha Strike, reduce incoming damage with Meditate, deal true damage with Wuju Style, and the bonus attack speed and immunity to slows gained by Highlander, Master Yi is a force to be reckoned with in 1x1 situations.

Master Yi is a hybrid on-hit fighter/assassin who attacks twice every third attack. He can blink to an enemy, becoming untargetable and striking four times if they’re alone or up to three other enemies, returning to the original target, with the cooldown reduced via auto-attacks.
I'm mostly playing Ezreal these days, but I have a good chunk of games where the enemy is a Master Yi that gets fed (not on me, sometimes my support, or other lanes.) But 10 minutes in, he's just tower diving me and it feels like there's really nothing I can do about it.

- Understand Champion Dynamics. There is a huge variety of champions that can be played in the jungle with a neverending list of strengths and weaknesses.
- Make the most of the first clear. Most junglers have a few different Jungle paths and understanding where the enemy jungler starts helps you dominate them early.
- Sharpen your map awareness. Having good map awareness will not only improve your jungling skills, but it will also improve your skills in every single role and aspect of the game.
- Understand how and when to invade. When the enemy jungler ganks a lane, they will not be anywhere else on the map. No champion can be two places at once- so if they’re in a lane ganking, they will not be in their jungle.
Tip five: one for one trade on an early gank isn't bad, you'll do more with that gold than almost any other champion. Tip six: don't overgank. One gank at level 3 should be enough unless some other lane is free (i.e. enemy has like 200HP). Tip seven: despite being a scaling champion your 1v1 potential is quite high.
