Forever 21 used to be a lot better quality than it is now. Sizing and fit are pretty awful, and I haven't found anything there worth actually getting tailored. For good quality, cheap basics, I much prefer to shop sales, shop out of season, and shop discount places like TJMaxx/Marshalls/Ross, Nordstrom Rack, etc.

I’ve been shopping at forever 21 since I was young. They have a variety of clothes from dresses to party to athletic, they have it all. The sizes are reasonable and I just think they have the right sizing. Prices are very reasonable.
