Second trip to Urban Chestnut while visiting the area on business. Really tasty food - everything from pizza to pretzels to bratwurst, schnitzels and German potato salad. Of course the beer is amazing as well, the black lager was my favorite, along with the dunkel.

Jan 1, 2015 · Sourced from St. Louis’ G&W Bavarian Style Sausage Co., the two fat links lie on a bed of salty sauerkraut, with a dollop of German mustard, rye toast and thick-sliced fingerling potato salad arranged around the board.
Our original location, which opened in January 2011, is situated in an old 1920s garage with an adjoining traditional German biergarten in the Grand Center neighborhood of St. Louis. With a brand new kitchen, our Midtown Taste Room features a full food menu of build-your-own burgers, wings, and fries.
