- THERE WAS ONLY ONE (SORT OF) ON-SCREEN DEATH IN THE ENTIRE RUN OF THE SHOW. Fans will remember that almost every episode climaxed with explosions and gunfire and bad guys flying every which way, but no one ever actually got hurt.
