Visiting information for our two Los Angeles locations: the Getty Center in Brentwood off the 405 and Getty Villa in Pacific Palisades off Pacific Coast Highway. Admission to both sites is always free.

You enter the museum up a flight of stairs to reach the large Museum Entrance Hall. There you can pick up a map of the museum and other brochures. The Getty Center is completely free, which is amazing for a museum of this caliber. To visit, you just have to book a timed entry ticket online (no fee). You’ll be turned away without a reservation. Print your ticket out to show the attendants. But they can also look up your ticket by name, if you’re traveling and don’t have access to a printer.
