La Jolla - beautiful, lots to do. Isolated, traffic gets bad, and it's lacking diversity. Mission Hills - part of the broader "uptown" area, feels more like you're in a major city, nice houses, parks/canyons nearby. Cons - gotta be ok living adjacent to areas with city problems like homelessness, etc. 10.

One cool feature is that you can search by landmark.
