Feb 14, 2024 · If there is an FAQ for this transition, all I want is a way to access it from within the Cox website without having to click a link in an email. Is there such a link on the Cox website? I tried searching, but could not find one.
First, make sure you’re using myemail.cox.net to access your email. If that doesn’t work, try resetting your password. If you’re using an email client program, make sure you’re using the right Cox Email server settings. If you still can’t access your email, please contact us.
Set up your new email account from your new provider in your email client program. Contact your external email account provider for assistance. To gain access to your saved Cox Email content, import the local file to your new account.
