Nov 13, 2011 · They told me that the only way to file a complaint was through their website or by email. I was frustrated because I had already done that and nothing had been done to fix the problem. The person I talked to at the corporate office told me that the CEO, John Menard Junior, was the one who set the rules and that the employees had to follow them.

A decent amount of joint separated after 4 weeks of waiting they told the guest if they ripped it up and brought it all in we’d refund the cost of the flooring.
