  5. 10 reviews and 91 photos of The Halia "Very nicely done food. The chilli crab spaghetti is spicy and delicious. Even my picky mother approved. And it's a great lazy way to eat chilli crab. The fries with the truffle aoili and spicy mayo is good - we cleaned out the truffle aoili.

  7. Nov 28, 2011 · This is my 2nd review and a great deal has changed ever since my last visit. Renovations completed and a newly overhauled menu by a new chef. The indoor now boasts comfortable sleep-worthy full leather arm chairs,new tables and a show kitchen.The whole airconditioned room smelled like chocolate at one point of time as the pastry chef was baking his creations.
