Citi is a strange company compared to other companies where I have worked. Hierarchy and order seems to be the culture where it is almost military style. Thoughts, ideas, and even encouragement to learn from mistakes is discouraged. Most in Citi are long timers and I feel are waiting for an exit ticket.
