- Justin Hartley. Justin Hartley came into Smallville as Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) years before Stephen Amell took up the hood on The CW's series. Before he spent his time trying to kill Lex Luthor, he actually portrayed Aquaman in 2006 and also appeared on Passions.
