   Season 3 and 4 are like mini expansions IBS is fine as well. Season 2 is fine but can be avoided. Most issues with the story jump over the unplayable season 1 are not going to be solved by playing it. IMHO just play s2 when you are done with the rest of the story and want a bit more.

   • Season 1 is solid, especially cause it's a modern rework. Season 2 is rich in story, but slow in mechanics. One you get to HOT, it's pretty consistently good. I really enjoy season 2, it is incredibly rich in story and lore so take your time with it.

   • Living World Season 1, with its new rework, is much better than personal story leading up to Zhaitan. Living World Season 2 is very similar. HotS, onwards is a further drastic improvement upon that as well, and the game just keeps getting better as you move further though the story. Quality only ever goes up.

   • Living World Season 2 can't hold a candle to the rest. The Commander was not voiced and the rewards are underwhelming, and most are acquired in the maps instead the story anwywas. But It's still worth completing if you want a back item skin, and an item to convert Bloodstone dust into a bit of stuff.
