In 2015, Albert was asked by Second City, the legendary comedy institution, to start a film school in Chicago for comedic storytellers- and The Harold Ramis Film School was born. Albert served as the chairman of the highly innovative school from 2015 – 2020. Throughout Albert’s 30 plus years as a filmmaker he has never stopped painting.
One of the most decorated defensive players in Nebraska history, Trev Alberts became the Cornhuskers’ first Butkus Award winner in 1993 as the top linebacker in the nation.
