Jul 1, 2023 · You must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) to be eligible. To apply for a HOPE scholarship, you must fill out the Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You do not need to complete any additional applications, the HOPE scholarship will be offered to TN residents who meet the qualifications.
The TELS program is open to qualifying Tennessee residents who meet the eligibility requirements listed at www.TN.gov/CollegePays. Students Must Reapply Every Year! The student must complete a FAFSA every year in order to be considered for the TELS award.
