While evading the dogcatcher, Scamp accidentally takes a lady's wig. He shakes it off, and the camera holds on it slowly falling down a drain. Later, Tramp thinks he found Scamp in the water, but it turns out to be the wig. Reggie escapes from the alley and is eventually caught by the dogcatcher.
