They signed to Republic Nashville in August 2009 and released their self-titled debut album on October 12, 2010.

The self-titled debut album, THE BAND PERRY, was released in October 2010 by Republic Nashville and one year later was certified Platinum. Their sophomore CD is due out in 2013 and the first single from the new release, “Better Dig Two,” will be released in November.
