  2. Best way I have found. Get an Nvidia shield pro. Copy your DVDs using a software that can convert DVD to ISO. You can then play the ISO files or stream the files to your Nvidia shield. Nvidia shield has great upscaling and makes it look pretty good. Otherwise you can use AI Video topaz labs to upscale it to 1080p if you have the patience.
