May 10, 2022 · Technically, the DVD is not the best quality transfer that it could have been and I hope they re-release it on DVD and Blu-Ray someday soon with a higher resolution transfer. The Ghost and the Darkness DESERVES to be seen in its best form! I give "The Ghost and The Darkness" 5 stars without hesitation.

Oct 8, 2023 · The best way to view "The Ghost and The Darkness" is that it's best to watch it as a dramatized version of the real-life events. It isn't among the best films in history, nor is it a movie that one would instantly rewatch. But for what it is, it's entertaining. The best parts are with Michael Douglas and Val Kilmer teaming up.
