All you have to do is 1.make sure auto cast is set 2. Right when you see ice attack coming click ground or eat food/prayer to stop attacking (have auto retaliate off) 3.one click is all you need no need to spam you can actually keep yourself from casting if you spam it. Reply reply.

Make sure you either click the ground or eat one food then use the spell if you still need to heal you can eat another after you cast the spell, if you eat twice in a row before casting you get a delay which can result in damage.
