  7. Under the top "Distribution of populations" table, it shows Oceania has a 2018 population of 38.3M, with growth rate of 1.47%. But lower down, in the Region tables it shows Oceania had a 2016 poplation of 39.9M, growth rate of 1.54%. I suspect that the 2018 number is incorrect, I don't think the population has declined...
