She had a mixed ancestry. She is well known for her strides in issues that have to do with educational and environmental issues. Murray is married to hubby Rob Murray. Together they have two grown up children-Sara and Randy. Murray has left her hometown and has now settled for Whidbey Island, Washington where she currently resides.
